*Unfortunately, my efforts at trying to unify Blacks in the diaspora at BV has hit a snag, the heifer next door is most likely an Islander, ie. a negro with an accent. Her apartment is fully equipped, convenient because it is immediately adjacent to my upstairs bedroom. I could here some sort of generator the last week during the wee hours, perhaps replenishing itself or charging to 'light' me up during the night. 'Torture central' is most likely in the rear apartment. Somethings goes on in the back of our house after midnight, the dogs start barking and don't stop for a few hours, either they are repositioning for a better angle, for a better shot, or the silence makes the generators or whatever powers the DEW instruments seem much louder, therefore, more disturbing to the neighborhood dogs. I've seen the big hulking 4X4 that was parked in the back stalking me down the street, and one day when I was filming in my back yard this long haired man came out walking confrontationally, when I turned on his ass, waiting silently, he turned back bowing his head, like the punk beeyaach coward he is, he made sure I didn't get a good look or 'shot' at his face, hiding behind a curtain of long hair.
*Around the corner on El Molino, my neighbor Angel, who knows both my brother and cousin from back in the day, his fence borders our rear west yard, cut down his tree a few months ago. When I queried, questioning him about a 'winter cut' since most of it was in our backyard, he stated that the foliage was too much and it was best to cut trees in the winter. I told him that I thought he was trying to get a better shot since his was the nearest house on the rear right side, he didn't object. The tree would've effectively blocked an upward spray or ray toward the Northwest corner of the house. I also believe that the other house that the Reverend owns on El Sereno which has a second floor like this one and also has those innocent white miniblinds like Donkey Kong's next door is definitely a possibility, other than the church next door (I'm not as confident about that as I once was 'cause the level of intensity increases and a straight shot with some of the equipment is imperative), it's the only building on the West rear side that has the elevation within a 100 yards I believe, at least with a now unobstructed 'shot' or view of the rear west side. Yeah, they've closed in tighter, no matter which direction I turn, I'm now faced with a blast, shot, spray, or shock, but there is absolutlely no use in moving they follow me everywhere I go and I aint' leaving the country 'cause they seem to run everything, everywhere and if I should turn up dead, at least here some may question it, perhaps, even challenge the LA County Coroners, no doubt, bogus report. I now wonder how many young Black women have died of 'natural causes' in this country, genocide doesn't stop with the killing of potential Black babies, this is just the beginning, 'The Tip'; this iceberg's depths has yet to be uncovered!
*I saw both Motorcycle Diaries and Lumumba a few weeks ago and Hotel Rwanda last weekend. Why is the liberation of indigenous people so threatening to Europeans and their henchmen, why do they have to be in control of every friggin thing, pulling the strings of these puppet governments that they've installed, killing off the opposition and innocent civilians by the million, picking through corpses, fattening the coffers of the corrupt leader along with their own, stealing everything that's not buried and dishonestly negotiating for the rest. Why does the CIA appear as assassins in the first two movies, are they also mercenaries, or just insuring that the Illuminati keeps their greedy fingers in every pie the world has to offer? I feel sullied by the association, just by virtue of being an American, albeit African American which implies to most of the world an unwanted population, therefore less hated in some instances, thank God.
I couldn't believe it, there is little wonder why the CIA have become a recurring theme in my research, they keep turning up like bad pennies, but they've become far too easy targets. Although, their depravity would lend itself to increasingly barbaric acts and inhumane behavior. The current head complained of too much work, I think this cabinet deliberately dumped the secret Mind Control/NWO projects and assorted other murky practices, of other agencies and departments so that as all this shit is being exposed, the prevalence and extent of government involvement through various agencies limiting it to one corrupt agency, and because the CIA already has a reputation, they are the likely fall guys. However, I've already implicated at least a half dozen different government agencies, including HUD, FEMA, FBI, NSA, and Homeland Security(which is comprised of 22 agencies), in my writings of the past few years, and those are just the ones who are much more active, many more may play minor roles or are much more subversive and exposure would threaten their functioning, well that's the line they use anyway to cover their asses. Yes, the CIA are government sanctioned thugs, but they are not acting alone, they have the full support, backing, and cooperation of every other government agency whether they like it or not, all others are subject to intimidation, harassment, firing, and even murder. Whether they have been influential, even instrumental, in local governments' pet 'neighborhood cleansing' projects becomes less and less doubtful as my knowledge of this painful odyssey widens and deepens.

*At the grocery store last week the gov't contractors had these zombie like Black men pushing baskets like corpses from 'Dawn of the Dead', these lone, big and tall men trying to blend in, if it wasn't so maddening it'd have been hilarious. Such a damn waste, is this what it's come to; prison or psychiatric drugs, I guess the upside for many of them is white women, or whatever their weakness is. The state hopes to distract me by matching me with one of these dead heads, a friggin' traitor?, that's as likely as a cessation of this administration's bloodlust and power monopoly. My mother told me that her coworker's niece who'd accused the government of harassment and various other offenses, after a stay at the mental hospital, was given an apartment and a SSI check in exchange for silence and the ingesting of psychiatric drugs, I'd wager.

*Perhaps I thwarted the Marines recruiting efforts at BV, offering my family's military history and my opinion of military service. The insight wasn't very flattering, and may have precipitated the stalking and harassment. I'd confronted one who'd chased me all the way from WC to Arcadia which is about 15 miles away, in a government car. After I flipped the script and followed his too obvious ass a few blocks he pulls over and so did I, I accused him, walked past him, and looked into his car which was fully equipped; computers, radios, phones, and GPS. I wish I'd had my camcorder then. I'd have filmed the whole interior and I would've made sure to include a picture in my book, but they would most likely have stolen it like they've stolen 3 film cartridges. Failing that, they recently placed a press release stating Blacks were not enlisting in the military fearing death and dismemberment. Total bullshit, the truth is Blacks are not as dumb as we once were serving in the military at double the rate of our population, and then being placed on the front lines to die for a country that relegates us to second class citizenship. Still, we are over represented in the military, not the reverse, the propaganda machine was trying to portray Blacks as cowards and shame the ignorant to service, and upon returning to civilian life we are the last hired and the first fired, forcing many to remain or return to often retire from military service, that's probably a setup too. I guess it doesn't matter whether a brother comes out of the service or prison, often neither can find a job so many return from whence they came.


*My doctor said absolutely nothing that would dispel my assertions of artificially achieved maladies, that could falsely indicate polymyositis, in fact, he substantiated my claims, along with another doctor I'd seen prior who had written on my file querying the diagnosis, now he's weaning me off the drugs. How about that fo' ya? Of course, he didn't confess to any complicity, nor did he implicate the over zealous residents, that's for me to find out.....or die trying..........
*Finally, I went into the Pasadena Police Department and filed a report, after I awakened Saturday morning to a reddened, painfully swollen right eye. They'd microwaved my entire eye socket while I slept, the entire upper and lower lids were swollen, my vision was blurred and it was painful to move my eyeball. Sometimes I have to sleep with Heavy Duty Reynolds Aluminum Foil covering me, the poking, lasering, shocking, and microwaving often doesn't allow for a restful sleep, sleep depravation is a favored method of causing disorientation and irritability, and hopefully calamity, which is their ultimate intent. Killing yourself, intentionally or accidentally, is the highest reward for these sadistic, murdering, deviants, it alleviates suspicion and relieves them of the duty, not that they wouldn't enjoy it but murder is often harder to cover up, although technology is making it much easier, targeting the heart and the brain with these DEWs becomes Often I can only get to sleep if I cover myself, therefore they may have come from beneath targeting me on some sort of programmed computer grid that accurately targets my asshole, vagina, and eyes with unerring accuracy, no matter where I am in the house and often when I'm outside the house, even driving they can make a direct hit. I had to rub my eye a few minutes with a cool aluminum can before the swelling went down partially.
I made a report at the desk, the girl seeing that I'd been stopped before and harassed by participating cops, perhaps, who're most likely moonlighting as secret police, on the same payroll as my usual band of idles, bores, and criminals, didn't seem to take me too seriously, but asked if I could wait until I could see an officer. I agreed, waiting about 30 minutes for a 'beat officer' as he described himself who claimed to know nothing of Government Targetting and promised to ask the police's Terrorism Unit if I'm on their list of targets, but he didn't hold much hope that 'they'd' tell him if I am or not. I told them both that some of my hardware and software had been stolen, the clerk told me to tell the beat cop, but I don't remember him writing that down. All and all it wasn't a very productive visit, but then I didn't expect that it would be, afterall, they are the government's secretaries and there's not a chance in hell that they'd risk the CIA's wrath trying to protect a nobody, which they're not inclined to do anyway seeing Pasadena is in a process of gentrification. The rents have skyrocketed, property values are through the roof and taxed accordingly, many Blacks have lost their homes, and Black churces have joined the fray demanding more affordable housing for the poor and lower middle class, so my harassment may be a welcoming circumstance, Black flight a common occurrence in a city bent on erradicating 'undesirables', I may not be the only inhabitant being 'run out of town'. There may be a program for Neighborhood Cleansing, or Pasadena's version, no doubt 'a kinder, gentler' title, hence, the aforementioned cop's interest, questioning of my perusal of The Pasadena Weekly, a local newspaper. He asked if he could have it, after feigning an interest in the cover story, I directed him to another copy, the last one was on the floor in a corner, that paper had become of major interest to me since he seemed bent on getting it from me. The station visit was just a formality, I knew nothing would be done, hence, my appeal to the City Council and the Mayor. The Police Chief sent me a social worker and a cop the day after I sent him an e-mail describing my situation. He apparently thought I had homicidal tendencies because I'd mentioned 'body bag' in the e-mail I'd sent to him. I was referring to my refusal to move again, no matter what. Once I'd assured them that my pen is my sword, 'mightier' I relayed, they seemed happy enough. I'd passed their 'sanity test', only enough to suit their purposes, I'm sure, otherwise they want be able to plead my 'insanity' if shit goes down and they have to put me down. Remember, this is the same county where a 200 pound cop shot down a 100 pound HOMELESS Black woman with a screw driver because he felt that 'his life was in danger'. For all we know she may have been victimized and targeted for some time, and the cop may have been one of her attackers, that is not outside of possibility, I've lost count of the badges flashed at me about a year ago when they would chase me down the freeways, and I want even try to count the number of government vehicles that stalk me all over this region. They were pleased that once again they could relay a favorable report further assuring the City's climb towards gentility. As I move up the chain of command, I'll get a feel for the level of corruption in the city of my youth, I'll let you all know how the City of Roses comes up smelling.

Much of my research does include the technology of this Torture Program, however, when my eyes glaze over, beyond that of the effects of the microwave or whatever gas they're feeding me, I'll gracefully pass over the minute details and search out the physical and social implications of the targeting, the results or the end effects are much more interesting and understandable to me.
I do realize that more of an effort to understand the science would assist in my constant search for relief, however, I always promise myself that at some point I'll focus on this aspect of the harassment. Of course, I haven't reached that point yet, but I've found enough information to assuage the curiosity of the more scientifically fertile minds. and I have reference information and links for those whose thirst for the technology far exceeds my own.

(This maybe the instrument that was used to burn the Iraqi black without singing the clothing, the picture was on the zip disk that has been stolen.
It may also be what is now being used to burn my face, instead of the standard microwave which is usually used to slow cook the body, now I'm blasted with a more intense wave which more widely burns my face. They use this in conjunction with a laser that leave small circular burns on the face mainly, although, the burns can be found all over my body from head to toe.)

Eye specialists say a laser weapon designed to dazzle soldiers could permanently damage eyesight, despite being dubbed "eye-safe".
Since 1996 the Geneva Convention has prohibited weapons designed to cause permanent blindness. But lasers that dazzle or cause temporary "flash" blindness are permitted.

(My experience or the level or the degree this device is being used on me falls somewhere in the middle. I'm not blind yet, but they surely work on that possibility daily. My eyes are usually swollen when I wake up, they've been 'charging' them all night, so that all day, whenever they feel like it, they can more easily target my eyes for attack. I now have cataracts as a result of these attacks. After cooking my eyes all night a microwave beam is focused on my eyes causing pain and discomfort, when I tear, it's worse and only removing myself or rubbing them with an aluminum can relieves the pain. I must do both if the wave is intensified or if my eyes have been intensely charged overnight. When I'm out and sometimes driving the beam more noticeably blurs my vision and it becomes more difficult to see.
This may be used too to shoot victims in the joints, after different areas have been microwaved all night they are often 'shot' when you're up and about. Not only are you stiff, shooting that area can cause it to collapse or dislocate, causing pain and discomfort. I've often called it 'electronic hobbling'. Before Jeanette turned she often spoke of this curious crippling as being 'endbemic in the Black populace here in LA. I hadn't really noticed before, but I've seen it since she's mentioned it, whether or not it can be partly attributed to this I don't know, but very little surprises me at this point, what I do know is that nothing is too low for this government it seems.)



Electric shock weapons could go wireless

The Plasma-Taser, developed by defence company Rheinmetall W&M in Ratingen, is similar to the Taser weapon used by US police forces. In an ordinary Taser, a pair of darts are fired at a target from a distance of about seven metres, and a high-voltage electrical pulse is delivered through lightweight metal cables to the darts. The 50,000-volt electric shock stuns the intruder by temporarily shutting down their nervous system.
"Pain and spasms"
The Plasma-Taser will not need any wires because it fires an aerosol spray towards the target, which creates a conductive channel for a shock current, claims Rheinmetall.
Like Taser manufacturers, Rheinmetall describes the effects of its weapon as "pain and spasms". The advantage? A Taser is a single-shot weapon of limited range: the Plasma-Taser can fire repeated shots over greater range.

Sweeping stun guns to target crowds

Weapons that can incapacitate crowds of people by sweeping a lightning-like beam of electricity across them are being readied for sale to military and police forces in the US and Europe.
(This is what is shot across my chest as I type at night, it's like a whip that's lashed causing a sharp pain and discomfort.)
At present, commercial stun guns target one person at a time, and work only at close quarters. The new breed of non-lethal weapons can be used on many people at once and operate over far greater distances...........

Ionised gas
These limitations are beginning to be overcome. Engineers working for the US Department of Defense's research division, DARPA, and defence companies in Europe have been working out how to create an electrically conductive path between a gun and a target without using wires.
A weapon under development by Rheinmetall, based in Dorf, Germany, creates a conducting channel by using a small explosive charge to squirt a stream of tiny conductive fibres through the air at the victim...........

Meanwhile, Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems (XADS), based in Anderson, Indiana, will be one of the first companies to market another type of wireless weapon. Instead of using fibres, the $9000 Close Quarters Shock Rifle projects an ionised gas, or plasma, towards the target, bproducing a conducting channel. It will also interfere with electronic ignition systems and stop vehicles. (This is what was likely used to cut off my car in the intersection a couple of months ago.)
"We will be able to fire a stream of electricity like water out of a hose at one or many targets in a single sweep," claims XADS president Peter Bitar.........

Raytheon 'Heat Beam' Weapon Ready for Iraq

With U.S. casualties in Iraq rising, expectations are growing that Raytheon's weapon, called the Active Denial System, could be sent to Iraq in the next year, according to Charles "Sid'' Heal, commander of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. A former Marine, Heal headed nonlethal-weapons training for the U.S. military in Somalia in 1995 and advised Raytheon on the beam's development.
"It's there, it's ready,'' said Heal, who has felt the weapon's beam and compares it to having a hot iron placed on the skin. "It will likely be in Iraq in the next 12 months. They are very, very close.''
The weapon, mounted on a Humvee vehicle, projects a "focused, speed-of-light millimeter wave energy beam to induce an intolerable heating sensation,'' according to a U.S. Air Force fact sheet. The energy penetrates less than 1/64 of an inch into the skin and the sensation ceases when the target moves out of the beam.
Hot Damn, an LA sheriff and an ex-Marine, the picture becomes increasingly clear with each new piece of research. This explains why whenever I've appealed to them they've been so unhelpful. Once, when I called 411 a big bulldogged faced officer hung up on me while I was fleeing the harassment on the freeway, when I turned up at the Temple City Sheriff's Office, he stared at me and in a hypnotic monotone, he told me I wasn't being chased and 'shot'. I wished I could've taped that.

President and CEO, Norio Wada) is pursuing research and development of an innovative Human Area Networking technology called RedTacton (*1) that safely turns the surface of the human body into a data transmission path at speeds up to 10 Mbps between any two points on the body. Using a novel electro-optic sensor (*2), NTT has already developed a small PCMCIA card-sized prototype RedTacton transceiver (see Fig. 1). RedTacton enables the first practical Human Area Network between body-centered electronic devices and PCs or other network devices embedded in the environment via a new generation of user interface based on totally natural human actions such as touching, holding, sitting, walking, or stepping on a particular spot. RedTacton can be used for intuitive operation of computer-based systems in daily life, temporary one-to-one private networks based on personal handshaking, device personalization, security, and a host of other applications based on new behavior patterns enabled by RedTacton. NTT is committed to moving RedTacton out of the laboratory and into commercial production as quickly as possible by organizing joint field trials with partners outside the company, under NTT's comprehensive producer (*3) program.
